We recently decided to sell a property in the Redcliffe area and approached a number of local agents to obtain a market appraisal. The results varied greatly, with values ranging by more than 20%. I first met Peter when I approached Anderson and Anderson Family Real Estate regarding selling my house in April 2011.  I tend to be cautious of people I don't know and Peter seemed conscious of this and was careful to provide me with useful information without undue pressure to help me decide how to go about selling my house, knowing that I had done this in the past without real estate agent assistance and that I was considering doing it alone again.

When I decided to use his services, given that it was very much a "buyer's market", he was very thorough, giving the impression that he had a good understanding of the market and knew how best to advocate for me.  He contacted me regularly regarding progress (or lack thereof) and remained optimistic, suggesting new approaches in a steadily-worsening market.

He was courteous and respectful throughout, and was conscious of the particular wishes of other family members, aiming not to inconvenience anyone more than minimally necessary.
